1. Service Description

WallSentinel AI provides automated cryptocurrency trading signals delivered via Telegram. The Service monitors market data from multiple exchanges (Binance, OKX, Kraken, KuCoin) and generates entry, stop loss, and take profit levels for BTC/USDT futures trading.

2. Not Financial Advice

The signals, data, and information provided by WallSentinel AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors
Futures trading with leverage can result in losses exceeding your initial investment
Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results
You may lose some or all of your invested capital
You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose
Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably

4. No Guarantee of Profits

WallSentinel AI makes no promises, guarantees, or warranties regarding trading profits or returns. The performance of trading signals varies depending on market conditions, timing, and individual execution. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred from acting on our signals.

5. Subscription Terms

Free Trial: Each user is entitled to one free trial period of 24 hours, providing full access to premium signals. Trials cannot be extended or repeated.
Premium Subscription: $150 per month, payable via Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, TON) through CryptoBot.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a 30-day cycle from the date of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital signal delivery, all sales are generally final. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if the Service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent signal delivery. Contact us through our Telegram bot to discuss any concerns.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or share premium signals with non-subscribers
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer our trading algorithms or signal logic
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Impersonate WallSentinel AI or its representatives

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, signal logic, branding, and materials associated with WallSentinel AI are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, exchange API issues, or unforeseen technical problems. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WallSentinel AI, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading.

11. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that cryptocurrency trading is legal in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our Telegram bot or website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
